Change conditions or return the product

1. Products that customers order from the store cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Unless the product delivered by the store is the wrong model, wrong color, or is damaged, incomplete, has various defects, the shop will replace the new product for you. If you encounter such problems Please notify the store within 48 hours after you receive the product or 4 days from the date the store delivers the product to you.

2. Expenses for returning the product to that store The buyer must be responsible. But the store will be responsible for the cost of sending a new product to you. The returned product must be received in the same condition as you received it.

3. In case the customer wishes to request a refund Refund: Customers will get their money back within 15 – 30 working days.
